Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and half of the buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Dredge each floret in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- Arrange them on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce before serving hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure the cauliflower florets are evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more hot sauce or cayenne pepper according to your taste preferences.
