Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sliced green onions until well combined.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the carrots and bell peppers until slightly softened (about 5 minutes).
  4. In a hot grill pan or skillet, cook marinated beef in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
