Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a pie dish or baking pan with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet over medium heat until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the cheddar cheese and thyme into the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
