  • 1 (12 oz) turkey kielbasa, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the turkey kielbasa and chop the onion.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half of the frozen pierogies followed by half of the kielbasa and onions.
  3. Dollop half of the cream cheese over this layer and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cream cheese, then pour chicken broth over everything.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
