- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), one with whisked eggs, and the last with panko mixed with garlic powder.
- Coat each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg mixture, then press into the panko until well coated.
- Place the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in grated Parmesan or fresh herbs into the panko.
- Ensure chicken is dry before breading for optimal crispiness.
