Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder, another with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering (about 350°F).
  5. Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy (4-6 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
  6. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, and hot sauce until smooth.
