- 1 tube crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers or spinach)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cheese, chopped vegetables, herbs, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of filling at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly towards the point.
- Arrange the rolled crescents on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
