- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

- Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer while scraping bits from the pan.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
- For added flavor, incorporate spinach or mushrooms into the sauce.
- To ensure juicy chicken, consider using a meat thermometer.
