Instructions
- Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Add gnocchi directly to the skillet and cook according to package instructions (about 3-5 minutes).
- Finally, stir in fresh spinach or kale just before serving.
