Instructions
- Finely chop the cabbage using a knife or mandoline.
- Grate the carrots until they resemble vibrant confetti.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Optionally mix in fresh dill for added flavor.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage and grated carrots. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
