- 3 ripe bananas (about 1.5 cups mashed)

 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 large eggs

 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
 - In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
 - Stir in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
 - In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
 - Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Notes
- For added texture, consider folding in walnuts or chocolate chips before baking.
 - Adjust cinnamon based on your taste preference for more or less spice.
