Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - In another bowl, mix sugar and oil until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla extract.
 - Fold in grated zucchini, then gradually add dry ingredients until just combined.
 - Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
