Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until heated through and well combined.
- Lay tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon shredded chicken mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
- Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sour cream and fresh salsa.
