- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 oz thick-cut turkey slices
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the chicken at the bottom of the dish, followed by half of the turkey slices.
- Sprinkle half of the Swiss cheese over the turkey, then pour half of the cream of chicken soup evenly on top.
- Repeat with another layer of remaining chicken, turkey, and Swiss cheese. Finish with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
