Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions for about 3 minutes until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the onion mixture, stirring continuously for one minute.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth until smooth; let it thicken.
- Add seasoned chicken thighs back into the skillet, cover, and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- If desired, stir in milk or cream just before serving for extra richness.
