  • 21 oz cherry pie filling (1 can)
  • ½ cup pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lime juice; mix until combined.
  5. Fold in half of the cherry pie filling while reserving some for topping.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool completely before refrigerating overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with remaining cherry pie filling and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
