Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup raw or toasted almonds
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash the cherries and remove their pits.
  2. Add cherries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and almonds to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth; if too thick, add more almond milk.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Add ice cubes and blend again until icy and smooth.
  6. Pour into glasses and enjoy, garnished with sliced almonds or extra cherries if desired.
