Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C). Remove husks from corn and rinse under cold water.
- Soak cobs in cold water for 15 minutes for added juiciness (optional).
- Place corn directly on grill grates; cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
- Carefully remove from grill; slather with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then finish with lime juice and chili powder if desired.
Notes
- For an extra twist, try adding flavored butters or a sprinkle of grated cheese after grilling.
- You can also customize toppings to suit your taste preferences.
