- 8 oz pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the buffalo sauce until the chicken is well coated.
- Reduce heat to low and incorporate cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss in cooked pasta until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Top with shredded cheese, cover until melted, then garnish with green onions before serving.
