- 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond/oat milk)
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into chunks and rinse the berries.
- In a blender, combine the bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, coconut milk, and berries. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, layering different colors if desired.
- Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles before removing.
Notes
- Customize your popsicles by using seasonal fruits or adding chia seeds for extra nutrition.
- For a creamier texture, increase the amount of coconut milk or use flavored yogurt.
