Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond/oat milk)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into chunks and rinse the berries.
  2. In a blender, combine the bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, coconut milk, and berries. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, layering different colors if desired.
  4. Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles before removing.
