Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush olive oil generously over the dough and layer shredded mozzarella evenly on top.
- Add diced bell peppers, onions, and spinach as toppings.
- Create small wells in the cheese layer and crack an egg into each well. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden-brown and eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges and serve hot.
