- 1 cup fresh blueberries

- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Add cold butter cubes to the dry mixture and blend until it resembles coarse crumbs. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In another bowl, mix lemon zest with milk, then pour into the flour mixture. Fold gently until just combined.
- Drop heaping mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice to create a smooth glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over slightly cooled biscuits and enjoy!

- For added flavor, consider incorporating a hint of cinnamon into the dough.
- Swap blueberries for raspberries or blackberries for a different twist.
