Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly set but still jiggly in the center.
  6. Turn off the oven, crack open the door slightly, and let cool inside for one hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
