- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken thigh with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, brush on BBQ sauce and flip once more.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate overnight.
- Experiment with different BBQ sauces or add fresh herbs to the marinade.
- Serve with coleslaw or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
