Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- If using oats, sprinkle them over the mixture before transferring it to the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
