Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while gradually adding milk until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider folding in lemon zest or using almond extract instead of vanilla.
- Top with fresh berries or whipped cream for an extra special touch.
