- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (no added sugar)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed toppings (bell peppers, mushrooms, olives)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Add your favorite toppings evenly across the pizza.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle dried herbs for added flavor.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow cooling briefly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, preheat the air fryer longer before cooking.
- Experiment with different sauces such as pesto or BBQ for unique flavors.
- Leftover slices can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
