- 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned thighs and rub it in to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 400°F (200°C), flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to customize seasoning with your favorite herbs or spices.
- For an added kick, consider using chili powder or cayenne pepper.
