Instructions

- In another bowl, mix the soft cream cheese with the egg yolks until smooth. Add herbs or spices if desired.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Scoop mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheet (about six mounds).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
